Mental Health Practitioner

The Mental Health Practitioner is an experienced clinician who can support individuals with a range of mental health concerns, this role works closely with the individuals’ general practitioner to provide support. The Mental Health Practitioner will consult with patients via telephone or as a face to face appointment at a local GP practice.
